Frequently Asked Questions

Who will I be working with?

You will be working with a team of consultants and analysts who have assisted many clients with master’s and doctoral-level dissertation work. We recruit staff with a proven track track record of assisting clients in reaching approval and graduation sooner, and we pride ourselves on providing quality work on short notice.

How is the confidentiality of my project ensured?

After your initial phone call or email communication with one of our consultants, you will be provided with a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). This ensures that we will not share the details of your work with anyone at any time. For more details, you can email or call us anytime.

What are your fees?

We prefer to quote based on the work required until final completion of each project. Many other firms quote an hourly rate, which we’ve found to be less efficient and often unfair for the client. What this means for you: our fees are determined based on the total amount we’d require to complete a given project until the work is accepted, whether that means our clients’ satisfaction or final approval of their research by committees or reviewers.

Is this ethical?

It is completely up to you to decide how much support you require. Once we’ve completed a project, we always clarify to clients that it is up to you how much of the work you’d like to use, and how much of the work you’d like to make your own. In today’s academic environment, collaboration across multiple disciplines is quite common and, in fact, encouraged. The nature of doctoral-level research promotes the sharing of resources and knowledge between co-researchers, and we are happy to provide you with this support in whatever capacity you require.

What type of clients do you receive?

About half of our clients are academic clients working on their PhD, DBA, EdD, DNP, and DPhil degrees, to name a few. The other half are postdoctoral researchers and corporate clients who require professional collaboration for their research projects, including journal manuscript preparation, statistical modeling, and clinical research.
